What Causes Tiredness Along With Low Libido And Nausea?

I was using Implanon for 6 years. I recently stopped in June of this year. I have still had no period. For the past 3 weeks I have been so tired, no energy, loss of sex drive, and nauseous. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. I do not understand these symptoms.

Please go for thyroid profile and hormone analysis (progesterone/estrogen/FSH/testosterone) and hemoglobin (to rule out anemia). Start Revital which has multivitamins and ginseng) and Coq.
