Hello,

You are suffering from tiredness and back pain. You have a sweet palate and you take a lot of sweets, candy and soda. Sweet, candy and soda are not healthy. You should gradually taper on them and keep healthy snacks (fruits, dry fruits, healthy herb tea, home made snacks, etc.) with your self so that if you want some you can take it instead of sweetened items. Make lifestyle modifications, if obese start walking and maintain healthy weight.

You have backpain, extra weight exerts additional pressure to the vertebral column and the muscles become strained, may cause pain and discomfort. Take foods rich in calcium and vitamin D. It will help to relieve backache and fatigue which happens due to age-related degenerative changes of the spine also. Since you feel fatigued, take iron-rich food to normalize hemoglobin. Take red meat in moderate portion. Get clinically examined by a GP to rule out spinal stenosis, issues with the spinal cord, sciatica, herniated disks. Get required tests and investigations done.

To get relieve from back pain you can take naproxen or acetaminophen, one SOS when needed, wearing posture correction full back support belt with waist support may help. Maintain correct posture while sitting, sleeping or walking. Always sit down and pick things from the floor, do not bend to pick up things. Avoid heavy weight lifting.

Get connected to a physical therapist for lumbar strengthening exercises on a consistent basis under observation. Massage therapy may help. Get your blood sugar level examined. Get blood sugar test (R / PP and Fasting ) done. Get T3, T4, TSH done to rule out any thyroid problems. You will be treated accordingly. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
