What Causes Tiredness Along With Pain In Chest And Back?

I went into the emergency department at my private hospital thinking I was having a heart attack the pain was in the chet and going through my back similar to a gallstone attack. My ecg was fine had blaaod tests done and my liver test was over 300. I have to have a abdo ultra sound. Do I have a stone in my liver. I had my gallbladder removed many years ago. I m a 61yr old woman, I feel very tired all the time, and have had more pain since.

I really appreciate your concern, this is may not be cardiac disease neither any pathological disease but this could be due to age related symptoms, at the most blood sugar need to be ruled out, else this is nothing to worry, try to be happy, everything would be fine soon, take care.
