What Causes Tiredness And Dizziness After Taking Flagyl And Ciprofloxacin?

I had a abcess on my bowel. They did surgery on it to drain it . I am taking Flagyl and Ciprofloxacin 500 mg three times a day. I fell sick all the time. I am very tired and weak and sleep most of the day and night. I am dizzy and disoreiented all the time . Could this be from the pills?

* There can be possible dizziness and tiredness with side effect profile of Ciprofloxacin.
* Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids and discuss with your doc regarding the change of drug molecule.
