What Causes Tiredness And Dizziness In An Adolescent With Vitamin B12 Deficiency?

my daughter and my father both have b12 deficiency, my son who is 16 just been tested level is 100 doctor says fine, no further action. he is always tired, lethargic, dizzy and gets mouth ulcers. his first test result haemalised. what do you reccommend

Hello,

Vitamin B12 deficiency is enough to cause tiredness and dizziness in a growing child. I do not think level 100 is enough and there is a definite need for action. In case there is doubt on the report retesting can be ordered to get confirmed results.
