What Causes Tiredness And Fatigue While On Vyvanse?

Hello. I am prescribed 40 mg vyvanse which works great for 3 days but then when I take it I feel really tired, very weak, and my legs become very sore and my feet get real cold. So I have to take a break for a couple of days. Was wondering if my adrenals may be involved.

Hi,

It can cause a variety of side effects including hyperventilation. Without an exam I cannot say what is going on with you and can give only general information. Of course, those with ADHD will get a paradoxical sedation from amphetamines. This might not be noticed in many people on it. Also, it is dose related.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
