What Causes Tiredness And Fatigue?
I have a rapid heat rate to 110 bpm, I am fatigued, feeling as if I am not getting enough sleep (despite 7-8 hours), and feel overwhelmingly tired mid-day; and I have a headache. I can and do walk on a treadmill for 30 minutes 4 times a week. I am 56 yo, female, weigh 180, ht 5 ft 3, no other health problems

History seems that you may have blood pressure related problem. So better you get your blood pressure checked as your symptoms are suggestive of high BP. Rest there is no problem. No need to worry much. Take healthy food,plenty of liquid, and daily exercise.
