What Causes Tiredness And Headaches?

What do my symptoms indicate? --I am 18 years old. I am frequently tired (though admittedly do not go to bed very early), I've had a couple of viruses over the past two months: the first causing headaches and sinus pain, and the second, tonsillitis-like symptoms that went away after about a week. Today my right arm has been aching a lot for no apparent reason, and for the past month or so, I've been spitting blood when I brush my teeth! I am quite concerned after googling my symptoms and leukaemia coming up in the search results!

Dear patient,
First of all, please calm down. Let me explain simpler things first that could have happened to you. As you say you have suffered 2 bouts of viral infections in past few months, it is a common possibility to develop bleeding gums post viral infection as well as crops of red rash, as viral infections weaken mucosae and also affect clotting ofblood so these minor bleeds are no big deal. They usually subside within 2 weeks. Also the lethargy and malaise you have does occur post-viral infection. Now, leukemia will also give you other symptoms like extreme weight loss, easy fractures, multiple infections in one go, easy bruisability etc. Which are the more important signs that you dong have. So please relax. Take a good nutritious diet snd exercise regularly to regain your vigour and vitality.
