What Causes Tiredness And Headaches?
hi, im 13 years old and everyday i seem to be tired or have headaches and generally always feel lethargic like i have no energy although some days i wake up and have loads of energy but this is on like really odd occasions. do you have any idea what might be wrong or why i feel like this?

First of all, you should exclude anemia and liver diseases by doing CBC, liver function tests and stool analysis.
Second you should eat a balanced diet,drink an enough amount of water and sleep well at night in a fixed time every day, besides avoiding drinking or smoking.
Finally, you should not ignore the psychological causes,too much stress can cause tiredness and headache.
