hi dr. saab.. My age is 44 male and I have bp 132/92 and the same is continue since last 3 months, the puffing uder eye are shown from 2 years n my eyes are always feel tired. I take alcohol 4 or 5 days weekly. Please help me how I can control my bp

High blood pressure, as well as alcohol itself, can cause puffiness around eyes. Although there is need for further evaluation as liver disorders, kidney problems, low hemoglobin among others can also be the cause for the same.
