What Causes Tiredness And Sleepiness?

33, male 6'2 218 pds. I will go to bed at 9pm or so, wake up for work at 445am, by 10am I am so tired I need a nap when I get home from work. Sometimes I fall asleep at work somewhere for 20 min. After I take a quick nap I am fine. Does this have anything to do with G6PD, or sleep apnea.

Hello and welcome to Healthcare magic,
There are many people who are refreshed with a short nap.The ideal hours of sleep for a normal adult is about 6-8 hours and that is what exactly you are having.
Feeling tired and getting refreshed after a short nap is not something you should be concerned of.
What is more important is the QUALITY of sleep (Whether you have a sound sleep and feeling refreshed after getting up from it).
So as far as I can see, there is nothing in you that you should be worried of (Like sleep apnoea or G6PD in particular).
Hope I have answered your queries. Feel free to write if you need further clarifications. Get well soon.
