What Causes Tiredness, Appetite Loss And Rash All Over The Body?

My 4 yr old son has been very tired and had a poor appetite. Last night he had a rash all over his chest, back, face. Also he has a low grade fever of 99.5 for 3 days. Dark circles under his eyes and is sleeping several hours more than usual. Any help is appreciated in figuring out what s going on. Thanks, Melissa

I really appreciate your concern, given symptoms could be due to viral infection and such symptoms are very likely, let the infection finish the course, then everything would be fine till then take care for hydration and high grade fever, else this is nothing to worry, take care.
