General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The tiredness and fatigue are related to Atorvastatin intake.

Also, his congestion and cough can cause fatigue due to difficulty breathing.

He can take some vitamin C and wait for congestion and cough to go away then we can do a further evaluation of his symptoms.

If he doesn't get better the fatigue comes from Atorvastatin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
