What Causes Tiredness, Back Pain, Episodes Of Labor Like Pains In Ovary?

I'm having extreme tiredness, lower back pain, episodes of labor like pains in my left ovary that will last about an hour. The pain is like a squeezing pain. It's not every day but seems to happen more when I've sat still for a while. I ran a slight fever and I have a dr appt. for next week but can you please give me some insight on what I should expect?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in the left side of pelvis can be due to a urinary infection endoetriosis or an ovarian cyst. An ultrasound scan will help in detecting the cause.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
