Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Tiredness, Blurred Vision And Discomfort In Right Side Of Ribs?
I feel really tired and ill, my head feels blurry cant think well, and my right side under my rib cage has been feeling discomfort and bloated. I feel like im crashing at times. if I eat I seem to get a headache afterwards, im very anxious have had an anxiety disorder all my life. wow what the heck?
I would explain that your symptoms are not suggestive of any serious medical disorder. Anxiety can mimic all this clinical situation. Coming to this point, I recommend checking thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid gland dysfunction and inflammation tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR).
If all the above tests result normal, I recommend trying to focus on your anxiety. In this regard, consulting with a psychotherapist of psychiatrist may be needed.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
