Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would explain that your symptoms are not suggestive of any serious medical disorder. Anxiety can mimic all this clinical situation. Coming to this point, I recommend checking thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid gland dysfunction and inflammation tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR).

If all the above tests result normal, I recommend trying to focus on your anxiety. In this regard, consulting with a psychotherapist of psychiatrist may be needed.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
