What Causes Tiredness, Body Pains And Fever?
I felt really tired this afternoon so I took a nap. Woke up feeling achy, with slight fever. Now fever is 101.6, still feel achy, have a headache. I'm 29 y/o female that's 5'6" and 250lbs. I take omeprazole 40 mg for acid reflux once a day. I got the flu shot several months ago.

You seem to be developing an infection or a body flu as you call it. You can just take plenty of rest and fluid and it will get better.
In any case if it does not get better you must consult a physician or an ENT so that proper medication can be given
