Hello,

All your symptoms could be related to your stomach problem. however there are other possibilities as well like sinusitis or local mouth infection.

All you need to do is do not eat a fatty meal more importantly in the evening and before sleep.

Do regular exercise, drink plenty of water, keep your head end elevated while sleeping.

If your symptoms are not going away you can take Omeprazole. Take good care of your oral hygiene.

If you're not getting any better then you need do visit your doctor for detailed checkup for sinusitis and stomach issues.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
