What Causes Tiredness, Difficulty In Eating And Loss Of Energy?

Hi, i am a 25 year old boy from England who is currently living in China, for the past week my body has felt so tired after 3pm i have no energy to eat, eating is something a difficulty and i sometimes feel sick. I regually fruit and veg and live a healthy life style

sometimes heavy workload can cause this
sometimes excessive work but no proper sleep also cause this

if mild viral infection can produce lethargy and weakness

no need to worry

take proper nutrition food
drink water as much as possible
change in environment also take time to adjust
it will go soon
