What Causes Tiredness Every Time After Urinating?

I AM FEELING TIRED AFTER URINATING , TESTED THE URINE AND KIDNEY ALL NORMAL SODIUM IS 129 ,IS IT THE SAME CAUSING WEAKNESS ROUTINE NORMAL , CULTURE NORMAL , BUT FEELING FATIGUE , WEAK , PARTICULARLY THE FIRST URINE AFTER BREAKFAST /LUNCH NOT IN THE MORNING

well first of all, your serum sodium level is 129 which is less than normal...the normal level is 135-145 generally....low sodium levels or other electrolyte level i.e. dyselectrolytemia can be associated with dizziness fatigue or even disorientation....with every time you lose fluid from the body, some amount of electrolytes also get lost and thus decrease the blood level....
so this can be a cause for your distress....
i would also ask you to check your hemoglobin level...if it is lower than normal, it can also be an important cause behind your symptoms...
as for now, i would ask you to take 2-5gm of extra salt with your meal...that is likely to get your sodium level back to normal...
also take proper food at proper intervals and you can take multivitamin tablets/syrups once daily....

you can visit your doctor anytime if you find any physical distress....
