What Causes Tiredness, Fatigue And Headache?

I have been having some symptoms such as feeling tired, fatigue, headaches, hair loss, cold sweats,just can t seem to get out of my own way. I work as a CCA we work 12 hour shifts and I m usually tired but the way I m feeling now and have been for some time is accosted. I don t have a doctor and need some advice
