What Causes Tiredness, Frequent Urination And Abdominal Pain?

Hi, I'm Lizzie. I'm 20 years old 5'1" and weigh 127 lbs. I've been very tired sick to my stomach and have to urinate frequently. I've also had upper abdominal pain every now and again. I'm on birth control not sure if that could be the cause. Can you help?

Urinary tract infection is common in females,its main symptoms are burning micturation ,increased frequency of micturation,lower abdominal pain and fever with chills,u don't mention witch both control method your using.IUD- intra uterine device may sometime cause infections,perforation leading abdominal pain.
I recommend you to do your urine routine and microscopy test and consult your physician.
