What Causes Tiredness, Hot Flashes And Dizziness?

I am a young college student experiencing very random symptoms such as extreme tiredness , hot flashes, dizziness when I am doing things, etc. and the school physician hasn't unacknowledged my concerns, I have no idea what is wrong with me, please help
