What Causes Tiredness, Nasal Congestion, Headaches And Stomach Aches?

Hello, my name is Jess. I ve been having a few symptoms for a while now. For about the past month I ve been extremely tired, I had nasal conjestion about 3 weeks ago, but I m not conjested now, for the past 2 weeks I ve been getting random headaches and stomach aches, with nausea. Yesturday I had diarrea, and today I threw up once. It s just weird because I usually am a very heathy person.

Hello.You must go to your Physician for examination and blood test, pathologies such as hypothyroidism or viral infection may be the cause of your symptoms.
If blood tets are well, stress-anxiety would be another diagnosis to consider.
