What Causes Tiredness, Nausea, Constipation And Metallic Taste In The Mouth?

Hi , I seem to get regular episodes where I wake up feeling tired , nauseous , I run to spit up but feel OK after that , irregular bowel movements mostly constipation , I dont feel hungry for some things , but I do want other things but generally dont eat much and things taste different , I get a metallic taste in my mouth . I am 70 years old and I have gout ( under control with allopurinol and colcrys and I have a history of GERD and take pantoprazole . I sometimes think it is just feeling lousy because of constipation but the episodes take 2 or 3 days to work through . Any thoughts ?

drink more water and take fiber rich food. have bland diet and lot of vegetable and fresh fruits.can take husk of esofgul soaked in water at bed time.
