General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Being sleepless and tired may be due to depression, especially not feeling like going out. Periods being only 3 days is not a major concern and the changes in your nipples either.

I would advise you to talk to your doctor to determine if depression is the cause of your symptoms and in this case to have the proper treatment. Generally, antidepressants combined with psychotherapy are quite effective in treating depression.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
