What Causes Tiredness, Weakness And Vomiting Sensation After Drinking And Mephedron?

i went out last night and had about 5 hours sleep, i drank a fair bit of alcohol and may have consumed a tiny bit of mephedrone. I've been okay all day but now am tired, weak, shaky and i can feel my heart beating and i feel sick, is there something wrong with me??

Gee, I dunno, overdrinking and drug use seems to be an obvious problem. These have predictable consequences. THe consequences with coming down form a lot of alcohol and some drugs is not pleasant. There can be electrolyte problems in addition to the direct drug effects. There in theory can be stroke, heart attack and other issues from mephedrone especially. without an exam, I can only give general information. Mostly people are going to be sick after use of drugs (near 100%). Serious problems depends on a lot of individual factors but certainly is nowhere near as common as less serious problems.

Mostly rest and balanced fluids (soup, juices, variety of different liquids) will fix most of the minor symptoms in under 24 hrs.
