What Causes Tiredness, Weight Loss And Metallic Taste In Mouth?

I've been feeling really tired, weak. I also have yellowing around the eyes. I urinate less and it feels like I'm smothering. Its like I have to pull to get my breath. I've lost weight and my taste has changed. Its like I can taste blood, and metal. I have no color at all. It's like I've been drained of all my color and energy. My hands, feet and up my legs get swollen a lot. And my stomach can look like I'm pregnant at times. It's very stressful. What could be causing this??
