What Causes Tiredness While On Paxil?
Would Paxil make my body tired...not sleepy but tired.....and....I have been on it 12 years due to my
Husband,mother and brother passing away in 14 months.
Also.....I got up the other evening feeling fine and after about 3 minutes the room went round and I hit the
floor.....other than tired nothing has happened. Thanks

How has your dietary intake been lately? It does sound that either a fluctuation in your blood pressure or your blood glucose can also cause such a presentation and so I would recommend a more elaborate evaluation in order to check all parameters including your hemoglobin level and so on.
