What Causes Tiredness With Fall Of Hematocrit Values?

I have been consistently anemic for the last decade+. My hematocrit has dropped as low as 10 and is on average, about 23. I am transfused every 2-3 months, with average hemoglobin between 11 to 7. I have occasional hemolitic transfusion reactions which cause me to to become even more anemic. Now, I have atypical white cells and morphology which shows 1+ to 2+ aniso and hypo . My RBC and WBC are always very low. I am constantly either neutrapenoic or septic. I, and both my children, am saddled w/ Mitochondrial D/O. HELP!

Welcome to HCM
As you have mentioned that you get transfused 2-3 months it tells that you have haematological condition and you and your children must consult to the Hematologist for the same immediately. If its a genetically related mitochondrial disorder, it transmits genetically from mother to children.
The hematocrits tells about the oxygen carrying capacity of blood and when the Hematocrits is low the Oxygen carrying capacity of blood decreases and patient is not able to perform the daily activities to the extent he will do when his Hb level is normal.
Your Hb is 10 mg/dl according to you which is on lower side as compared to 12.5-15 mg/dl of ladies and 13 to 16.5 mg/dl for males.
