What Causes Tiredness With Normal TSH Levels?
I went to the doctors because I am always tired, have muscle fatigue to the point that some days I cannot exercise, have gained weight, my hair is coming out (seems more than a normal amount). I had them test my thyroid in the past and was told it was normal only to find out on this most recent visit that in 2011 my TSH was elevated and a 9. My most recent test results: TSH 1.68 (on 10/9/14) . I asked them to do a couple other tests because my mother and sister are hypothryoid. The doctor agreed to the following with results as posted: Free T41.1, Free T32.3, Thyroperoxidase Ab 258.8, Thryoglobulin Antibody 26 (on 10/15/14) . They said since my TSH was normal that I do not need any treatment. Why do I feel so tired, etc?

I have gone carefully through your query and understood your concern.
The high titre of anti TPO antibodies confirm Hashimoto thyroiditis that runs in your family. Usually it takes some years until the gland is destroyed by these antibodies and the function of the thyroid is lowered.
So you have to monitor the TSH level closely (every 6 months)
A normal TSH level excludes hypothyroidism, so you need to find another cause for your symptoms.
A low Vit D level or a low testosterone can cause symptoms that you reported.
I would suggest to discuss with your treating physician about these possibilities.
