What Causes Tiredness With Normal Stress Test And EKG?

Been pretty tired late in the day lately. Past issues with a heart spike, burning and ended up in the emerg room. Stress tests, blood tests, EKG showed normal except for a LAFB. No heart related symptoms as of late but noticed ive had to use the inhaler again (asthma related) and again just really fatigued now late in the day. Have a PFT scheduled but curious to your thoughts.

Hello,

Tiredness and heart spike that you experienced may be indicative of LAFB. LAFB increases the chances of AF (atrial fibrillation) or symptoms of heart failure. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a cardiologist. Get lipid function tests and imaging tests done, get treatment started. Avoid sedentary lifestyle, do regular walking but do not overstrain your self. Do not encourage yourself getting tired as it may trigger your symptoms. Stay relaxed and avoid stressful lifestyle.

You are suggested to maintain healthy lifestyle, avoid addictions if any. Do not take red meat or full fat dairy products. Take food cooked in olive oil. Control your blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Switch to healthy lifestyle.
