What Causes Tiredness,low Metabolism And A Nodule In Thyroid?

I did an ultra sound on my thyroid yesterday and the nurse told me that i have a nodule (like a colloid) in the middle area of my thyroid. The reason I went for a medical checkup is because I feel tired, short of breath, thirsty (urinate alot) my metabolism is relatively lower than normal. I'm 29,female. What is wrong with me?

also check blood sugar level
radioiodine uptake test
need to start medication after your report
