What Causes Tiredness,mood Swings And Bloating Of Stomach?

I am on lutera birthcontrol but I'm having unprotected sex....although my bf pulls out before the sperm comes out 2 wks ago we had sex and we went for 2 rounds 10 mins between them....I all of a sudden feel tired and sleepy all the time, always feel full, very emotional and my stomach has gotten bigger. Can I be pregnant?

Hello,
Thanks for letting us know your health concern. Since you are regular with your hormone contraception, you are well protected. As such, chances of failure are very minimal. Even if you conceived, it is not possible to experience an enlarged abdomen so early as the uterus remains a pelvic organ until 12-14 weeks of gestation. It is possible that you could be experiencing bloating as a premenstrual symptom. If you still suspect pregnancy, I would ask you to go for the blood test now. Hope you find this information useful.
