What Causes Tiredness,muscle Fatigue And Bloated Stomach?
For the last few months I have felt very strange. I have been working out and eating very healthy but can t lose weight. I am extremely tired, muscle fatigue, sick to my stomach, when I eat my stomach gets extremely bloated, zero energy, nauseous, just had a really weird period, no motivation....what s wrong with me?

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I would say that your complain may be related with the intestinal infection with increased hyperacidity in my opinion this need to be treated with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day, Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, have a nice day.

Tiredness, weight gain and muscle pains can be due to myriad of causes.
Most likely causes are hypothyroidism, vitamin D and vitamin B12 deficiency or some other systemic disease.
It is highly advisable that you get investigated for the same.
A complete blood count, renal function test, liver function test, bit.D, B12 levels, thyroid profile and an ultrasound of whole abdomen will be helpful.
