What Causes Tissue Growth Inside The Vagina?

I have found out last 2 months I have virginal growth in me. What causes it? Can it be pass on in my sexually intercourse with my partner. Is my partner in risk for having sex with me? We having a fight over this for 2 months now. I would kindly appreciate the response to my question. Soni

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The tissue growth what you are describing to be having appears to be uterine or cervical polyp. It needs to be examined clinically and confirmed by means of ultrasound scan. It needs to be excised by a surgical procedure.
It is a non-cancerous condition. It does not get transmitted to others by means of sexual intercourse.
Kindly consult Gynaecologist in this regard for evaluation and management.
