What Causes Tissue Like Thing To Come Out During Pregnancy?

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and have been having a lot of cramping and bleeding which I've been seen for at my ob. Well tonight I felt like something was coming out of me and I went to the bathroom and a tissue like thing came out and fell in the toilet what is this? Oh and I have two uterus if that makes a difference

1.Lower abdominal pain and passing tissue kind of thing - goes in terms of failed pregnancy / missed abortion.
2.Two uterus - congenital cause can give a spotting or bleed not tissue kind.
3.However you have to get an ultrasound scan done as soon as possible to know the fetal well being.
4.As you are having congenital uterine anomaly - you need a regular followup scan to avoid pregnancy loss.
