What Causes To Feel Cognitive Processing Has Been Declined, Heart Has Palpitation And Headaches?

Hi....i need some assistance, please...... I believe I may have been poisoned by someone, in a vindictive act,

and I'm beginning to feel some complications...For example, my cognitive processing has been

declining for some weeks, and my heart has some palpitations that I never experienced before.

I'm in excellent health, otherwise, but lately I'm beginning to feel horrible-- mentally, physically,

with headaches , and general lethargy..unable to get out of bed in the morning...please help me !!!

I really appreciate your concern, looking to your history given here I could say that you have doubts in your mind that you are being poisoned, and this impression have started giving you such symptoms which may be a functional or pseudo symptoms I would advise you to just forget it, and stop worrying otherwise you will be facing more psychological problems, I hope you could understand this, take care and have nice day.
