What Causes Toe Bruising With Discoloration, Burning And Itching?

I am 27 yrs old and i woke up this morning to go to work when i was in the shower i notice my pinky toe was half black looked bruised i just thought it was dirty so I tried to scrub it off . It didnt come off it doesnt hurt just burns a lil a itches a lil. Is this something I should go to the doc about????
