What Causes Toe Numbness With Tingling On Both Feet?

my toes on both feet have been tingly numb for two days now and I am worried. They tingle all the time, I have woken up in the middle of the night because I can not ignore the discomfort anymore. I haven't had any injuries, and I don't think my shoes fit poorly. What is going on with my body?!
