What Causes Toe Pain And Vibration Of Muscle?

First, my big toe started hurting really bad. But I didn't talk to a doctor about it. A few days later, the bone, or maybe it's a muscle or something, but whatever it is, started vibrating. It runs from my big toe to the top of my foot, just before my ankle. Any ideas as to why?? I'm 14,and I have a long history of bone problems. Please help
