What Causes Tongue, Face, Hand And Arm Tingling With, Dizziness, Speech Problems?

i started off earlier today with pins and needles in the right side of my tonge at around 2pm, it then progressed to my face and then my hand and then up my arm

I have since jumbles my works and havent been able to string a sentence together and now i still cant make sense properly or conceontrate and feel dizy
