What Causes Tongue Numbness, Ear Pain And Swelling In The Throat?

I am have tongue numbness, gum sorenes, swelling in my throat and ear pain. I have seen my dentist and he ruled out a tooth access. He said it was a gum infection or abbess and put me on antibiotics. But it seems to be getting worse. I m just wondering if I should go to a hospital to have it checked out.

i think you are suffering from an oral infection,in would suggest you to do regular gargling,keep a good oral hygiene.
also consult an ent specialist for further treatment it would suffice.
