What Causes Tonsil Spots, Headache, Eyes And Jaw Pain, Fever, Neck Swelling?

I m not sure if I have quinsy, I have a really bad head ache which is hurting my eyes, my jaw really aches around by my back teeth and I have a fever and feel sick, my glands feel up and my neck feels swollen. I have a few spots on my tonsils but I don t have much of a sore throat at the moment, but it s only day 1 of these symptoms could this be quinsy?

Looking at the acute presentation, it may be quisy, some time mumps present like this. Deep neck cellulitis or abscess presents like this. Dental pain arising from dental caries is also caise of this.
