hellooo...read thru ur query...in my opinion i must say that thepain ur feeling is due to exposure of dentin layer of tooth(dentin sensitivity).it happens on cutting the tooth without undergoing rootcanal treatment..exposure of the root during lengthening can cause this sensitivity...but nothing to be worried..after the completion of the procedure it will be reduced...nothing to be worried in this..u can use sensitivity toothpaste....till the procedure gets over...hope ur benefitted something from this reply..have a healthy day!!!
