Hello Dear
Thanks for your query. I will be most happy if I could help you out.
I have gone through your query.
As you have mentioned that you its been long 3 years you are having this problem.I am wondering that Why you havent visited any dental clinic since 3 years.
Coming towards your query, I think traces of blood may be due to any underlying gingival (gums) or periodontal problem.
I would suggest you to get an appointment with the dentist.
Meanwhile I am advising few things. Try to follow till you get your appointment with the dentist.
• Use gum paint e.g. Stolin/Sensoform/ Dentakind- L thrice daily.
• Rinse your mouth with chlorhexidine mouthwash twice daily(preferebly in morning and in night before going to bed) for 15 days.Do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after using mouthwash or Gum paint.
Hope this will help you. If there is any more query or question regarding this in your mind, you are free to ask any time.
Thank You and Take Care
