General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that there is urinary tract infection, or a boil in the perineum, or a scratch with her own nails.
I advise you to consult a pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime and B complex syrup.
Cut her nails closure. and give her some thing to hold with the hand. So that she may not think of scratching.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
