What Causes Trembling In Hands And Internal Shakes?
Hello-I am a 70 years old male with type 2 diabetes & high blood pressure-taking medication for both and have pretty good control of both. I know you can get shakey when blood sugar is low but even when my sugars are normal I have what I call internal trembling or shakes, and also trembling in my hands. Is this just nerves? Thanks

the two considerations for tremors of hands at your age are Parkinsonism and benign essential tremors . you need to show a neurologist and take the required treatment which can't be prescribed on a forum like this
