What Causes Trembling, Quivering Feeling In Torso And Legs?

I have been having this trembling, quivering feeling in my torso and legs. It was just once in awhile, now it is most all the time. I feel it more at night when I am trying to sleep. I have not been sleeping well for several months now and do have much stress at work. I just don t feel right!
