What Causes Tremors And Jerking Motion In Shoulders And Neck?

I have been diagnosed with epilepsy 12 years ago but I think something has changed. My seizures are different and the medicine is not working. I now have tremors and jerking motions in my shoulders, arms, and back a lot. I am getting re diagnosed at the Mayo but they have been unable to catch an event. Any ideas?
