What Causes Tremors And Muscle Spasms In The Legs?

For about 3-4 months, i have been experiencing what i'll describe as tremors/pulsating sensation in my legs. This is often accompanied by muscles spasms/twitches. I have been to several doctors but unfortunately none have been able to diagnose my symptoms. Do you please have any idea what might me causing this? Thanks.
